SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BOARD
April 23, 2026 at 10:00
This meeting will be held in the boardroom at Sierra Vista Hospital, 800 E. 9th Ave., Truth or Consequences, NM.
After call to order, roll call and agenda approval, the board will vote to close the meeting in accordance with Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, Chapter 10, Article 15, Section 10-15-1 (H) 2.
The final agenda for this meeting will be posted below 72 hours prior to the meeting. Call Jennifer Burns at 575-894-2111 ext. 357 for more information.
There will be a special social event, April 18th, 2026, at which a quorum of Governing Board members may be present. There is no agenda and no business will be discussed at this event.
The next regular Governing Board meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2026, at 12:00 at the Elephant Butte RV event center.
Regular JPC meeting scheduled for March 26, 2026 at 2:00pm.

Note: This meeting will be held in the plant operations meeting room on the campus of Sierra Vista Hospital. The receptionist at the front desk is available for directions and staff will assist or escort those wishing to attend the meeting.
