INPATIENT VISITATION INFORMATION
Visitation by family, friends, and support persons is important to the care process, healing and recovery of our patients. We appreciate your visits, and so will the patient you are visiting. When visiting, please stop at the reception desk in the hospital lobby. You will be escorted to the medical/surgical unit. After hours, please enter the emergency entrance to request visitation.
HOURS & DETAILS
Visitors who show no signs of illness and are age 14 or older are welcome 24 hours a day, providing the patient agrees to receive visitors and the visit does not impede patient care.
Children under 14 years of age are welcome between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm.
Please wash your hands before entering and after leaving a patient’s room.
Masks are required only when visiting patients in insolation.
There may be situations in which the number of visitors must be limited or visitors are asked to leave the room for a period of time. SVH staff will let you know when you may resume your visit.

Overnight visits by one (1) person are allowed.
