She is well versed in delivering healthcare across the continuum of care, thanks to her hands-on experience as a registered nurse, clinical laboratory scientist, educator, and project manager.

Ming’s responsibilities include budget management, billing, patient accounts, financial reporting, payroll, vendor payments, and cost analysis.

Sheila is responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plans for provision of excellent and patient-centric nursing care, treatment, and clinical services to all who seek care.
